Dehydrated skin is very common in the winter time, but the cold can negatively affect the skin, such as dehydration. Many women complain that the skin on their face, hands, and feet dehydrates and wrinkles during the cold season. As soon as you switch from cold to heat, the skin begins to dehydrate from indoors to outdoors due to the cold or hot season. Facial Masks are a real treat for our skin: not only that they solve a lot of skin problems, but it is also a way to relax. The homemade facial masks, with 100% natural ingredients, are effective and inexpensive.

One of my favorite cold season masks is the called 'Green Velvet'

You need a ripe avocado. Smash it with a fork till it becomes a smooth paste. Then add two tablespoons of whole milk plain yogurt and a teaspoon of honey. Spread the paste obtained all over your face, neck, and décolleté. And let it sit for 15 minutes. Avocado is very rich in vitamins and works for all skin types. Also, it stimulates the production of elastin and collagen that helps to reduce premature skin aging.
