Pan-seared Cajun Halibut with Parsnip Puree

- 2 pieces of Halibut
- 1lbl of parsnip
- Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of dry thyme
- Salt and Peper
- 1 tbsp of sour cream
- 4 tbs of butter
- Cajun Seafood fry Mix ( Mccormick)
-1/4 olive oil for cooking
Directions:
Peel the parsnip and garlic sprinkle salt and thyme, pour 3 tbsp of melted butter cover it in an aluminum foil, and place it in the oven at 350F.
After the parsnip and garlic got soften place it in a food processor add 1tbs of sour cream, 1 tbsp of butter salt pepper and 1/2 nutmeg, and puree it.
Place the halibut in a Ziploc bag previously filled with Cajun Seafood fry Mix. Coat the fish in the seafood mix. In a frying pan heat up olive oil, place the halibut and cook it till it becomes golden on both sides.
