You probably went through this after an intense workout and didn’t know how to cope with Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness(DOMS). This post will share the homemade trick with you that helps me feel like new after every intense training at the gym. Take a hot bath with Epson Salt and after rub your sore muscles with Vicks Vapo Rub.

This you need:

  • A Dry Brush

  • Vicks Vapo Rub (ointment)

  • Epson Salt(eucalyptus&spearmint)
