Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients:

- 1lbl of Shrimp( 450g)peeled and deveined

-1red onion( medium size)

-1 tomato(large)

-1avocado(large)

-1bundle of cilantro

-1lime(large)

-1lemon(large)

-1cup of chopped mango

-1orange(large)

-1 english cucumber(medium size)

-1Tortilla Bowl Kit(Ortega) or a different brand

Directions:

In a bowl combine, diced cooked shrimp , onion, cucumber, tomato, avocado, mango,cilantro , salt and pepper add the lime,lemon and orange juiced let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.

In the meantime bake the tortilla according to the instruction on the box.

Place the Shrimp Ceviche

Serving suggestion:

Serve it with tortilla chips
